Basic Subscription Level - Free for Life
The Basic subscription is free and is provided automatically when your 1-year Standard Subscription expires. If you want the Basic Subscription there is no action required.

- Online Alarm Notifications
- One Week of Historical Data
Standard Subscription Level - Free for First Year, then Charged
The Standard subscription is $2.99 per year and per thermostat, and is optional.
This Standard subscription includes:
- Everything from Basic, plus...
- Unlimited Number of Administrators and Users
- Email and Text Notifications
- Two Years of Historical Data
- After-Hours Usage Reports
- Open API Interface
Enhanced Subscription Level (Hospitality Only) - Free for First Year, then Charged
The Enhanced subscription is $3.99 per year and per thermostat.
Tip: This Subscription Level is for Hotels only.
